Nídia Minajen Danger, 2015ean Príncipe diskoetxean argitaratutako lehenengo disko fisikoa, kanta sorta nabarmena eta indartsua da. Ondorioz, urte hartako musika hoberenaren zerrenda anitzetan sartu zuten, NPR webguneko aldizkariaren “Top 50 Releases of 2015”tik Wire aldizkariaren “10 Favorite Electronic Albums of 2015”ra. Danger de Nídia Minaj, su primer disco físico lanzado en el sello Príncipe en 2015, es una colección de canciones excepcional y poderosa. Nídia – who has now dropped the ‘Minaj’ – released her new album Nídia é Má, Nídia é Fudida in the Summer of 2017 on Príncipe. It has been preceded by the single “Sinistro”, described this way by Kevin Lozano on his Pitchfork track review: «The song shows that Nídia’s music, magnetic as it is, no longer needs to fit into the grid of the dance floor, and can exist all in its own space».
All in all, Nídia is closing in on her finely tuned seismic transformation brought to the contemporary alternative dance infrastructure internationally, and the kuduro culture in particular.
